This painting was inspired by the Rumi (mystic sufi poet). The Kaalima (declaration of faith) is written in the form of a whirling Darvesh, with iridescent gold paint, it reflects light as you move around the painting. The background is a nebula clouds forming miniture whirling Darveshes. Triple varnish to bring out the bright blues and purples of the nebula cloud. Click on the image to zoom in.
